Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure to ensure we can leave on time.
Late arrivals will result in shortened tour time, as we often have back-to-back bookings.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, the captain may need to cancel the tour with no refund.
There’s street parking close to the marina. Depending on where exactly you park there’s free street parking till 10:00 PM if available. Instructions to exactly where to park would be sent when you make a reservation.
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome. By Florida law:
Children 6 years old or younger must wear a life jacket while the boat is moving.
We provide properly sized life jackets for all children.
Small, well-behaved pets are allowed upon request. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare the boat accordingly.
Yes! Many guests enjoy swimming at sandbars or islands. The captain will choose the safest spots depending on weather and conditions.
Smoking is not allowed, neither is the use of vapes, cigars or any other form of tobacco.
Guests with mild mobility limitations are welcome. However, boarding does involve stepping onto the boat from the dock, and assistance may be required.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate passengers with severe mobility issues, wheelchairs, or those who cannot step onto the boat with minimal support, due to marina and vessel limitations.
Our tours take place mostly in calm, protected waters like Biscayne Bay, where waves are minimal. If you are prone to motion sickness, consider taking medication 30 minutes before departure.
Miami weather changes quickly.
Light rain: Tour continues (usually passes fast).
Dangerous conditions (thunderstorms, high winds): We will reschedule or refund at no extra cost.
The captain makes the final safety decision.
Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Weather cancellations (captain decision) receive a full refund or free reschedule.
Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Industry standard is 15–20%, depending on your experience. But more importantly we appreciate that you review the experience and give us a good rating.
